General Agreement

The following terms of agreement outlined below constitute the full binding agreement between amplifypublicaffairs.net and all merchants and visitors to this site. These apply to all product coupons, service coupons, online coupons, bargain deals, and all other products, services, coupons, and items, and will be referred to herein simply as the “Agreement”. • You agree that you will honor, without any limitations except those stated in advance to amplifypublicaffairs.net and visibly shown on the online coupons or bargain deals, any online coupons, coupon codes, promotional offers, offer codes, or other products or services that you have agreed to be placed on the site.


• As a merchant you will only place bargain deals, online coupons, products, and services which you have a clear legal right to do so for.


• You will not place any products or services on this site, or enter into an agreement with amplifypublicaffairs.net to cause any online coupons, bargain deals, or other products or services to be placed on this site, which violate or infringe on any copyright laws. Doing so will cause the immediate termination of your agreement with amplifypublicaffairs.net, and any paid amounts will be void and will not be refunded except at the sole discretion of the webmaster or site administrator.


•  amplifypublicaffairs.net is not liable for the availability, or lack thereof, of any bargain deals, online coupons, or other products or services which the merchant has made available, for any reason. At the sole discretion of the site administrator or webmaster a refund may be given, but this in no way obligates amplifypublicaffairs.net or any affiliated parties to issue a refund at any time, or for for any reason.


• The services, products, online coupons, and bargain deals you place on amplifypublicaffairs.net as a merchant does not in any way transfer liability, in any form or in any circumstances, from you to amplifypublicaffairs.net. We are merely a third party offering online coupons, bargain deals, and other products and services.


• The merchant, and not the amplifypublicaffairs.net website or any associated individuals, is liable for any coupon codes which are not valid, or for prices which are incorrect. You agree that you will update your listings regularly at amplifypublicaffairs.net, to ensure that these listings are accurate and available to customers correctly.


• It is the responsibility of the merchant to verify that coupons, product pictures, links, and other content is uploaded properly and correctly to the site, so that there are no broken links, disruptions, or poor images posted on amplifypublicaffairs.net. The merchant agrees that amplifypublicaffairs.net and associates are not liable or responsible in any way, or under any circumstances, for any of these actions or any claims which may result from them.


• Website which are related to drugs, gambling, or adult materials are prohibited from using, registering, or advertising on amplifypublicaffairs.net in any way and under any circumstances.

• Only websites which have the ability to allow Image URLs to be pasted are accepted at amplifypublicaffairs.net, so that the products on the website have pictures displayed. Any website which has Adobe flash product pictures or other technical measures do not have the ability to paste Image URLs, and these websites will not be accepted here at amplifypublicaffairs.net.

We make every effort to avoid any problems, but due to situations beyond our control this is not always possible. You agree to hold amplifypublicaffairs.net harmless and not responsible for any product and coupon data, links, or other information that is displayed incorrectly, missing, lost, or no longer available on the site. We take every measure possible to avoid this, but in rare cases this may occur due to reasons beyond the control of amplifypublicaffairs.net.

• If a dispute arises between you and any merchants, advertisers, or any other third party who has services, products, bargain deals, or online coupons available on the site, you agree to hold amplifypublicaffairs.net not liable and harmless, and release amplifypublicaffairs.net completely from any and all responsibility in any such disputes that may occur. This release includes a waiver of any damages, whether punitive, coincidental, actual, consequential, or any other type. 


• Any comments or ratings that you post must be done in the right way. These postings may not be abusive, contain spam, be obscene, be violent, be offensive in any way, contain vulgar language, or be otherwise unacceptable or legally prohibited under any applicable laws.  Clause Of Severability

If any of the terms or clauses of this Agreement are found to be illegal, not valid, not enforceable under any of the applicable state, US, or international laws, or is deemed to be so at any point, now or in the future, the offending term or clause shall be considered to be amended so that it conforms to the laws in question, and this will in no way or under any circumstances alter the intent of the original Agreement between the parties. If this step can not be done then the offending term or clause will be considered null and stricken from the agreement. All of the remaining clauses, provisions, terms, and areas of the Agreement will be considered still valid and legally binding.

You agree to hold amplifypublicaffairs.net harmless and not liable in any way or under any circumstances for any data, personal or otherwise, that may be transmitted to third parties, intercepted by hackers or others, or used in any way. You agree to hold us harmless and not responsible for any information that may be received, intercepted, stolen, used, or misused, by any recipient that the information was not intended for. Changes, Site Control, And Access
