Paul Campbell Senior Advisor

Prior to joining Amplify, Paul Campbell was the Managing Director of Manatt Health Solutions, a policy and strategic advisory division of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Mr. Campbell has provided strategic advisory services to health care provider systems, companies and trade groups in the HIT, diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Manatt, Mr. Campbell was a member of a national law firm in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, and was the Managing Director of EBG Advisors, Inc. Mr. Campbell began his career at the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences, where he staffed several national advisory committees on policy issues in health care financing. He later directed several management initiatives in New York City’s economics and policy program for the Health Industry Manufacturers Association, now known as AdvaMed. Mr. Campbell continued to expand the range of services he offered to the industry by joining Covance, a global development services firm. Subsequently, he was with the Premier Innovation Institute, a joint venture between the Premier group purchasing the organization and pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Mr. Campbell holds an M.S. degree in Biostatistics and Accounting from Georgetown University and a B.A. and B.S from Saint Peters College. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the co-author of “Implementing National Health Reform in California: Changes to Public and Private Insurance,” California Healthcare Foundation, June 2010.
