Donnie is a customer service professional, with more than 7 years of experience as a manager, trainer and sales representative. At Amplify, he is responsible for providing administrative support, managing the reception desk, and serving as a liaison with building management.
EXPERIENCE: Before joining Amplify in March 2008, Donnie was a union-member and clerk at Safeway, where he was responsible for training employees and customer service. His diverse background in the retail industry includes customer service in the restaurant and on the beach. He also acted as the Assistant Store Manager at a convenience store located in Southern Maryland.
EDUCATION: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, University of Maryland University College
FUN FACT: Donnie, who has lived in the Philippines, Panama and Alabama, Florida, Maryland, New York and Virginia, plans to continue traveling and staying active. He enjoys all sports from snowboarding to hockey. He ran in the 2006 Cherry Bloom 10 Miler in Washington DC and in the 2005 Baltimore Marathon.
