Alison integrates her skills as a writer, her training in public communications, and her extensive knowledge of various web platforms to assist in developing effective online presences.
EXPERIENCE: In her current role on the Internet team, Alison designs, builds, and manages websites, assists with social media campaigns, and helps produce written, graphic, and video content. Prior to joining Amplify as an intern in June 2008, Alison interned for the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee press office. In 2007, Alison interned for the Richardson for President Internet team, contributing to the campaign’s online outreach efforts. Before entering the world of politics and public affairs, Alison was a church choir director in her hometown, Skaneateles, NY.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree, Political Communication, George Washington University School of Media and Public Affairs (May 2009)
FUN FACT: Before college, Alison spent a year as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in Bruchmühlbach-Miesau, Germany.
