Jennifer L. Nordheimer, Esq.

Jennifer is an experienced advocate specializing in communications policy, issue advocacy and disability access.

EXPERIENCE: Jennifer was an Assistant Vice President at Issue Dynamics from 1997 to 2007.  Prior to that, she was a legislative associate in the Public Policy Office at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, analyzing legislative policies and issues affecting people with MS. She also participated in coalitions, and worked with Congress and the Administration on a range of disability issues, coordinating an annual legislative policy conference and White House award presentation.  Before joining the National MS Society, she was staff attorney at The Media Institute specializing in First Amendment and communications policy issues, including children's television, content controls for the Internet and commercial advertising.  Jen worked for Judge Rosalyn Bell of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals as Special Assistant to the Juvenile Procedures Review Panel.

FUN FACT: An art history major, Jen is an active member of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in DC.
